Land-based clans are the non roleplay equivalent of a Player Owned Cities, They still have a ranking system such as King/Queen/Emperor, but they generally lack activities that may take place in their land such as guards, skilling/fighting within their region.
Land-based clans generally have a habit of claiming massive amounts of lands, where as true poc's only claim smaller amount of lands as its much more easier for roleplaying uses
