Ctrl-Alt-Skill is a skilling clan founded in 2009 by Flailed after leaving Skill Union. It was also once known as The Heart of Runescape, but the name has been changed since. The requirement to join used to be 1,000+ total level, but has been changed to 1800+ total or 1k+ for level 3s. Exceptions are made, but not very often.
